Guest(s) must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age to be eligible to enter into an Agreement for the short-term rental of any Property. 

50% of your total is due at the time of reservation. The balance is charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival. A $500 security deposit is also required and is held as a credit card authorization before your stay.

We have up to 7 days after checkout to release it. The deposit is a credit card hold, not a charge. Once our cleaners inspect the home and report no issues, we release the hold. Your bank may take an additional 1-2 business days to restore your available credit.

Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and you’ll receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Yes. We strongly recommend trip insurance that covers last-minute cancellations, such as illness or travel disruptions.

Yes, during the winter months. Severe winter weather is relatively rare, but mountain weather in Western North Carolina can be unpredictable and road conditions can change quickly.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply.

It depends on the home. Crestview Meadows is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 4 pets, with a fully fenced yard and dog supplies provided. Breed restrictions apply. Modern Mountain does not allow pets.
